Unable to open files on InDesign 2019 on Windows 10. Corrupt InDesign file: Error code 2.

I am facing an error wile opening indesign file, i tried all the methods listed online but without any solution. I am even unable to paste the file on desktop, it keep freezing at copying 10%. 
My laptop is Asus G750, Windows 10, Indesign CC 2019, file size 144 mb
 
Error message 01:
Could not complete your request because of a database error. The file "(name).indd" is damaged (Error code: 2). 
 
Error message 02:
Could not complete your request because of a database error.

Hi Hamza,

So sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing with InDesign. There are multiple factors both internal and external to InDesign application that can lead to document corruption, however, we can take a look and see if the file can be repaired. Please email your InDesign file to corrupt_indesign_docs@adobe.com and we will take a look at the document.
If the file is larger than 10 Mb, you can upload to Creative Cloud account and send us the document link.

I must also inform that file recovery can't be guaranteed with a 100% success. We'll surely try our best.
