Unable to Open Recent Files in InDesign: "File Does Not Exist" Error

"Either the file does not exist, you do not have permission, or the file may be in use"

It starts to load and then gives me that notice. Please help

Windows and the latest Indesign. I did an uninstall and reinstall after having problems.
