Unable to resolve comments with Share for Review

Question

I am currently working on a file in InDesign 18.5, trying to review comments made on the "Share for Review" feature, but when I go to resolve those comments, I receive a pop-up that says, "We weren't able to save your changes, please try again."

I also cannot comment on the document using the link through the Share for Review feature without getting the same error. My other InDesign files and documents are not experiencing this same issue.

I have logged out of CC, rebooted my computer, and logged back in with no luck.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @kymace,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Since this is happening on a specific file, can you share the file with us for testing? If yes, please add the file to a shared location like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link through DM by clicking on my name.
