Syncing but unable to sync!?

What produces this error message? Is it something related to InDesign, or is it a generic Creative Cloud issue reported by the Creative Cloud app? Also, what are your InDesign and operating system versions?

It appears in the Creative Cloud app, which is the latest version. I'm using ID 2023 on a 2018 Mac mini running Sequoia.
