Unable to Update to InDesign 20.0: Update Button Not Responding

I am unable to update to InDesign 20.0.
I click on the "Update" button, and nothing happens. T
he Creative Cloud window has a box checked that says, "Works with this device". Any suggestions?

If you are on a Mac - better don't update yet.

What if you uninstall the current version and just install, rather than update?

Have you tried logging out and then back in on the Creative Cloud Desktop App?

Yes. I've tried full restarts, as well. No luck.
