Undesired unactivated fonts keep appearing

As you suggested I looked at the activated fonts in fonts.adobe.com. Only the desired Garamond Premier fonts were listed as activated. I then opened a blank Indesign document. All of the Garamond Premier fonts were listed as available in the Character menu.

Do I need to clean my font cache? If so, how?
