UNICODE FONTS IN INDESIGN CC 2018

Can you help me with using Mangal Hindi Font in Indesign CC 2018? I found that Aryan2Bilingual works fine. I work on Annual Report. The MS Word 2018 files (about 100 pages) are in Mangal Font (Unicode). Kindly help. I had been compelling my Hindi Translator to always give file in Aryan2Bilingual. But all the content received from outside our office is always in Unicode fonts.

How to fix Hindi font in InDesign?

Whenever you paste the Hindi word into InDesign, the characters change. Solution: Follow these steps: Go to the menu Window > Styles > Paragraph Styles > Paragraph Style Options > Justification > change the composer to “Adobe World-Read Paragraph Composer”.

Bringing the Text from MS Word File to Indesign. The characters get disturbed. They dont appear as Hindi text.

ex. विज्ञान appears broken in a different text. The content copied from MS word file in any unicode font is not appearing

the same when copied in Indesign.

Copy and paste in InDesign loses the formatting unless changes are made in Preferences. Also, Word lets you see and use fonts that are not installed. Is the font installed?
