Hello
Frustrating when something goes wrong, and deadlines come and go it can be difficult.
They don't look like footnote lines - footnotes are usually at the bottom of the page.
When files crash or the program crashes it can cause unexpected things to happen - like re-force a previous setting that might be on or off somewhere - as the file loads it repairs and when it repairs it applies the text style again.
Seems like it's only 5 pages - so you'd have to go to each of the 5 pages and figure out what was turned on during the repair.
- It could be a Paragraph Rule is set in the paragraph style or was used
