Update to 16 Not Working

Latest Update will not work, I have Photoshop and Illustrator sucessfully update, InDesign will just not update! Please advise, I have tried restarting Mac, re opening adobe creative cloud. Nothing works.

I too am struggling to update from 16 to 17. I get an alert about using the creative cloud to complete the installation. I'm running windows 11. I'm only using InDesign, and I don't recall how I initially installed it, but I was running windows 10 at the time and had no issue.

Please, for your own good, start a new discussion with full details on what your issue is. Yours is not the same as the original post which is two years old and deals with a Mac user with an earlier version.

What does "will just not update" mean? What Mac OS are you running and what happens when you try to install InDesign 2021.
