Uploading to Http site not https

I am trying to upload a series of video to an http site so they can be viewed in an interactive PDF without having to send the video file.  The problem I am having is finding somewhere to upload the video file.  Youtube and Vimeo are both https sites and that won't work for Indesign.  I need to be able to reduce the file size and have the end user be able to play the videos.  Does anyone know of a simple site that I can use for an http upload?

The problem with using YouTube and Vimeo is not https. These are sites which deliver video web pages. You need a media host that delivers the video file, not a full service web site. These are not consumer led things and won’t be free.

Why don't you just send links to the videos? Using PDF for this would be nothing short of a crapshoot anyway.

Video in PDF even if embedded is a very iffy proposition.
