URGENT assistance needed: PDF Print Export ISSUE in 2020v

Hi everyone.

I updated my InDesign and have submitted an assessment only to see that even though I have set the bleedmarks, offset etc and ticked all the right boxes to export to a PDF Print, it does not show any of the Colour Palletes or bleed marks and margins in the PDF. This worked perfectly in prior versions.

Has anyone else experienced this and how do we fix it?

By PDF Print do you mean you are saving postscript via the Print driver? If that's the case use Export instead.

Presumably you've selected a PDF/X version?

I just got the upgrade today, and although I haven't done any real work on it, I tried a quick test to see if what you described is happening to me, but it seems to be working fine. Maybe try replacing your preferences?
