URGENT : IMPOSSIBLE TO USE MY INDESIGN SUBSCRIPTION DESPITE PAYMENT !!!

Hello,


On August 20, 2022, I proceeded to the payment of my monthly Adobe InDesign subscription. The debit is well registered in the debit of the bank account of my small company for an amount HT raised to 19,99 € (benefiting from an Intracommunity VAT number) under the following wording: "ADOBE ID CLOUD TRIAL ADOBE.LY/FRFR IRELAND". However, as of August 22, not only can I still not use the said software but I am required to make a new payment, as well as in the menu "Formulas and payments" of my Adobe customer account, it is mentioned a message: "You do not have a paid formula"!!! Beyond the fact that the InDesign software interface closes automatically at each of my connection.

 

I thank you, in advance, to indicate me the steps to take with Adobe, totally unreachable, being understood that no number of the customer service is available, nor even an email address, in order to find the benefit of the service that I have indeed paid !!!

URGENT : IMPOSSIBILITE D'UTILISER MON ABONNEMENT INDESIGN MALGRE LE PAIEMENT !!!

Bonjour,

En date du 20 août 2022, je procède au règlement de mon abonnement Adobe InDesign mensualisé. Le débit est bien inscrit au débit du compte bancaire de ma petite entreprise pour un montant HT porté à 19,99 € (bénéficiant d'un numéro de TVA Intracommunautaire) sous le libellé suivant : "ADOBE ID CLOUD TRIAL ADOBE.LY/FRFR IRELAND". Or, stupéfaction, au 22 août, non seulement je ne peux toujours pas utiliser ledit logiciel mais il m'est imposé de procéder à un nouveau règlement, de même que dans le menu "Formules et paiements" de mon compte client Adobe, il est mentionné un message suivant : "Vous n'avez pas de formule payante"!!! Au-delà du fait que l'interface du logiciel InDesign se ferme automatiquement à chacune de mes connexion.

 

Je vous remercie, par avance, de bien vouloir m'indiquer les démarches à effectuer auprès d'Adobe, totalement injoignable, étant entendu qu'aucun numéro du service client n'est disponible, ni même une adresse électronique, afin de retrouver le bénéfice du service que j'ai bel et bien payé !!!

Assuming you have the correct system specs: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/indesign/system-requirements.html

Have you downloaded the Creative Cloud app from which you can download the InDesign application? If you have downloaded it and it doesn't launch try resetting the system specs (see how to below), if that doesn't resolve the issue return to this forum for further suggestions:
1) Close InDesign
2) Double click on Adobe InDesign's icon to launch it
3) QUICKLY hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift. (for Windows) or CTL+OPT+CMD+Shift (for Mac OS X)
4) When a dialogue appears, asking you “Delete InDesign Preference Files?” Click Yes.
If you don't see the question repeat the procedure again.
