URL not available (but it works per se)

I'm seeing this in the Hyperlinks panel:

Clicking on the "Update URL Status" changes nothing.

Clicking on any red dot immediately opens the web page in Safari without issues.

Same thing in the exported PDF: the hyperlink seems to work.

So, why the red dot?
