Using Object Styles impacts custom image descriptions.

Question

Using object styles erases custom image descriptions. I think this is new behaviour, although I am not certain. If I apply an object style to an image, it sets the alt text to custom and populates the image description field with whatever was there when the style was created.

Object Styles should not inherit alt text, just in case that needs to be said out loud.

Is this a bug?

I’m not much of an expert on this but I just tried a little test where I placed an image with alt text and created an object style for it. That was okay but when I applied none to it the alt text disappeared.

Seems buggy to me.
