Using workspace settings on a new mac

Is there some way I can retrieve my workspace settings files for Ps, Id, Ai, etc and use them on a different mac? That would be highly convenient for me. Where do I find them? And, is it possible to just drop them into the appropriate folders?

Hi @paulg26144953:

The InDesign custom workspaces are stored here:
<user name>/Library/Preferences/Adobe InDesign/[Version#]/[Language]/Workspaces

I routinely copy them from one version to another, and suspect that moving them from one computer to another would work equally well. Keep in mind that the Library folder is hidden by default. Hold the Alt key as you open the Go menu in Finder and your Mac will put it in the list.

Photoshop: [user name]/Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop [version#] Settings/Workspaces

Illustrator: [username]/Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator [version#] Settings/[Language]/Workspaces
