Values to registerHandlers at eventDispatcher

I want to use Events to get signaled when the menus Main:File:Save and Main:File:Save As will be selected.

A EventService and a EventHandler I may start at PLug-In-startup.

Now I need the ClassID's ant he keys for these two menus to add the corresponding EbeventHandlers to the eventDispacher.

My anybody tell me the two ClassIDs and the corresponding keys?
