Weird, dark, crispy font both in InDesign and PDF export

Is there any way to fix this nerve wrecking super black and crispy font problem in InDesign? I browsed this board for hours and days, I tried several options but I still can't seem to be able to fix this.

 

This how Excel export looks like (and how it supposed to look):

This is how InDesign exported PDF (100% scale):

You gotta be kidding me, I found it myself. Type --> Character style, change to anything else than default CMYK to RGB and set Tint.
