Weird image glitch with export pdf indesign

Hi there! I have a weird glitch in Indesign. When I export a pdf with a image, it gets really stretched in a weird way. It is quite a big file (200 x 80 cm), maybe that causes the problem? I have added a QR code with a feathered border effect. Anyone a idea what causes this glitch?

the stretched image has a page curl at the top with another image behind.

Is that a transition or a special plugin?

Is that glitch happening on other files as well?

What type of image?

If psd, try to flatten your artwork (merge all layers).

And try different types of image: jpg

How do you export your pdf (File > Export) or are you using a PDF preset?
