weird space between frames when publishing online (example)

I have 20 frames all appropriately spaced. it's 16x9 so each frame has a height of .45 inches looks perfect in pdf but when I publish online each frame isn't butted up against each other, not the end of the world, but the agency I work for really tries to push the limits of indesign animation. so this is frustrating

Did you group the frames together, or if you have to animate them, did you anchor them in a common text frame?

I drew out a frame 16 in x 0.45, pasted image in place, dragged frame down 0.45 paste image in place, repeat 18 more times, Its seamless in indesign, I think its a browser issue but not sure
