What does "Export user settings" export?

Question

Hello!This seems to be a new feature, at least I have only noticed it in version 20.5. The related website https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/using/export-import-user-settings-indesign.html doesn't tell what is actually exported. For me, it would be important to have a backup of my settings, such as:- Workspace - Keyboard shortcut set(s)- Find/Change queries- The general ID prefs- Added scriptsPractically all what's important in the "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\InDesign\Version 20.0\en_US" folder. Is that fulfilled by this feature?

I have always assumed User Settings are the same as Local Settings, which you can migrate forward from the previous version of InDesign. This is my list from about 2023 observing what did and did not migrate:
