What is the green bar on the side of the text frame?

It just started appearing recently. Is this something new to indicate overset text?

I'm using Typefitter, but I don't see anything intheir documentation or preferences that discusses a green bar on the text frame. What's causing this?

 

I am on InDesign 17.0.1

If you disable the plugin, does it still appear?
