What is the meaning of "Normal (Web)+" in the following Paragraph Style?

To me, AFAIK, "Normal" indicates an imported Microsoft Word paragraph style.
Especially given the little "disk icon with an arrow".
But "Normal(Web)"?
I suppose the little "+" sign indicates some level of "local override".
Please excuse my ignorance in advance and thank you for your kind help and patience.

I'd guess, from my frustrated history of trying to decipher MS-ese, that it means the document was edited in "web page" mode and the style got tagged with some web-specific characteristic.
