What is with this? Paragraph menu is cut off

I am up to date with InDesign version. I have restarted, relaunched....the only thing new in Big Sur. See screen shot.

Try resetting your workspace by choosing Window > Workspace > Reset ______.

If that doesn't work, try resetting your preferences as @Steve Werner said.
