When exporting to a PDF, pictures appear black

Hi, can anyone help, when I export my newsletter to a PDF, most of the pictures not all appear black, I have checked the links and they appear to be all working, has anyone else had this issue. My colleage managed to sign in and export it and it worked fine on her computer.
