When I touch the icon of the Indesign program, the interface closes without opening.

When I touch the icon of the Indesign program, the interface closes without opening.

I am using the latest version.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it was fixed, but when I close the program completely and open it again, I encounter the same problem.

Having reset my preferences dozens of times to no avail, the following solution worked for me:

I updated my MacOS to 13.5.1 and that sorted it.

If that doesn't install an earlier version of ID as described in the link above.
