When opening indesign, unhide spreads tab pops up, but when i click it, indesign crashes.

"All spreads cannot be hidden. At least one spread must remain unhidden." Is there a way to save this file? I can't drop the indesign file because it is too big, but I would be willing to send an email.

I cannot open the file so I cannot access the pages window without the
program crashing before the file even loads.
