When scrolling through fonts? It jumps back to top of scrolling. Is there a fix for this?

    Are you talking about the fact that for the past several versions of InDesign that everytime you go back into your font list it is back to the top of the list? Even when you have some text selected and go into the fonts it still goes to the top. If this is what you are talking about then the best you can do is to include up to fifty fonts in the list of recent fonts you've used recently in the font list that appears at the top of the font list. You can choose how many fonts for this list in the Type section of InDesign's preferences. If you do this with no document open and then quit and reopen the program, it will become the program default. See screen shot:

    I honestly think this must have been resolved—I don't have this issue anymore. It was some sort of bug that must have been fixed in a newer version.

    Are you using a Magic Mouse? I find that moving my hand across the top of the mouse unintentionally results in all sorts of scrolling I didn't intend to do. Including scrolling to page 1 from page 800+ in a document!

    Hi there,

    Sorry about the delay. I am hopeful that the issue was fixed. If not, I would need a few more details to look into the issue like:

    • Operating system(Exact Version of Windows/MAC)

    • Version of InDesign

    • Screenshots or a small video of the issue.

    • Is it happening with all the files or any particular file
