Where are the options for video control? Indesign 2020

After importing a video file (mp4) i miss the button for control options in the media panel. In version 2019 these are available. On the current adobe support page the button is also described as well as a button to show the control only in the roll-over. Effectively both buttons are missing in the media panel. Is there any solution?

Correct answer Frans v.d. Geest

Those options were Flash SWF only, all Flash options are gone (as is Flash itself anyway) in 2020.

>From the in5 menu choose interactive widgets and then video. You won't get all the choices that SWF had but there are a couple that you may find useful.

Thanks for the answer. I have been using the IN5-plugin to export HTML5 out of Indesign. It worked qiuite well so far.

If I export now, imported videos show no control. Do you know any solution?

Thank you …

Hi,

can you confirm the version of the software and operating system you are using?

Some screenshots would also help.

Thanks
