To find Buttons and Forms in Adobe InDesign:

1. Go to the Window menu in the top toolbar.

2. Navigate to Interactive and select Buttons and Forms from the dropdown.

This will open the Buttons and Forms panel, where you can create and edit buttons, forms, and interactive elements for your documents.
