where do i find InDesign JSX script that balances the two columns according to the actual heights of the rows

​@tully1254 If Mike’s answer doesn’t cover your need, can you include a screenshot of what you mean? I think you may be talking about balancing in a table somehow. We can’t be sure with the limited information we have.

Have you considered using Text Frame Options where one frame is sub-divided into two or more columns? It includes a Balance Columns switch you can turn on to automate this.
