Where is "make text anchor in source paragraph" in Indesign CS5 for TOC.

Does anyone know where the option "make text anchor in source paragraph" in Indesign CS5 for TOC? It is not in the New Table of Contents Style box. I am trying to make a TOC for an epub.

Hm. Could be that this feature was added in a later version.

InDesign version 9 perhaps. Looked it up; yes the feature was added in InDesign CC version 9.
