Where is the setting to put text in vertical center of text box?

Where is the setting located to center text within a textbox?  The center justification option justifies text horizonatally within a texbox, but I'm searching for the setting where it justifies text vertically within the center of the textbox.

Thanks!

Thank you, that worked!

I seem to recall in CS6 that it used to be docked somewhere and there were icons I could select to quickly change this. Is there a way to do this in CC?

I don't recall there ever being a palette panel or icons for text frame options. You may be thinking of the Table palette (or Word's table cell alignment ribbon element), both of which have vertical alignment icons.
