Where is the Timeline Icon for various version of indd files?

I read almost of the articles and linked documents about new version InDesign. But I couldn't find the timeline icon in web version creative cloud .

where is the icon?

Are you using InDesign 2024 version 19.4 which just arrived?

The feature you're talking about works with Cloud Documents. This information was posted about Cloudl Documents in the current version:

► Cloud documents will be enabled on the second launch of InDesign.

► This is a geographically limited roll-out. Cloud documents will soon be available in all locales.

Cloud documents are not yet available in most localities yet (including the US) so that feature would not work yet.
