Where to find the CS4 API ?

Hi,

I'm looking for all the available documents about CS4 server, especially the current API (aka scripting reference, as it was called in CS2).

I have also never been able to find it for CS3 (I only succeeded to get it for CS2).

Does someone know a URL or place where I could find it ?

Our company is a partner and owns a CS4 server license, but up to now, it didn't help to find the docs.

Since CS3 the reference documents are generated as XML and displayed thru the Help menu of ExtendScript Toolkit.
