A shorter version (in case you come back after reading the lengthy post suggested earlier):

 

InDesign 2024 (19.x) isn't available for download anymore. Only 2025 and 2026 are available.

 

What are specific reasons for the need of InDesign 2024 in your workflow?

 

You can try to contact Adobe support and ask for the InDesign 2024 download link. If they decide you have a legitimate case, they might provide the link but don't count on it.
