While Convert to IDML object style Inner glow size value change

Hi Team

InDesign Version 20.5

OS: Windows

Issue: While converting to IDML file, Effects Innerglow size get changed if the size value of inner glow is more than 12p6 while converting to IDML size value change to 0p7.

I attached InDesign file and PDF which has different Innerglow size value from 1p6 to 15p. In IDML file upto 11p6 innerglow size value not changed. after 11p6 value change to 0p7

One can also see the bug when you export the object to the snippet format *.idms and place the snippet again.

Note: This bug is also present if you store objects with inDesign library files *.indl and Creative Cloud Libraries, because the snippet file format IDMS is used for this kind of storage.

The bug is with the export module.

I can already see the wrong value for Inner Glow in the code of the IDMS file that the size shrank to 7 Pt, Size="7", that translates to 2.469 mm in my German InDesign.
