While using Indesign an old picture keeps popping up.

while using indesign oe photoshop, while im working, an old image on my pc keeps on popping up like an Ad and it dosent stop pooping up even after i press delete multiple times. i tried restarting the pc and even working on new documents but the same picture keeps on coming up everytime!! its very annoying, I cant work like that.

    Hi @Mohamed35605718ga11,

    We're sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing with the InDesign file. Could you please try opening InDesign in safe mode to see if the image appears? Additionally, try opening InDesign in a new admin account to see if the issue persists.
