Whiteout screen when highlighting text: remedy FROM ADOBE TECH AGENT

When i spoke to an ADOBE TECH AGENT he said that the fix for my mac mini was to hide rulers; he said "the team was working on the problem". So ADOBE is taking credit for this BUG.

    This has been discussed over and over. Working on it could also be interpreted as working with Apple on it.
