Why do i have to see all the time a pop up for adobe express inside In Design. It's annoying. How to stop that?

I need to stop the annoying pop up that is asking from me to use adobe express.

Setting up and saving a Custom Workspace can often get rid of the pop-ups. InDesign will then no longer think that you’re a new user and should stop trying to “sell” you stuff you obviously don’t want.

This didn’t work for me. I always use Custom Workspaces. I set-up a brand new one today, and I still get the pop-up for Adobe Express whenever I export my first PDF of the day. It didn’t do it for later PDFs. Is there a setting in “Preferences” that I’m missing?

    Hi @ConcreteDiamonds,

Sorry to hear that the custom workspace workaround didn't help in your case.

Could you please try the suggestion mentioned in the following thread and let us know if it makes any difference?
    https://community.adobe.com/questions-671/fr-how-to-disable-learn-more-pop-ups-in-indesign-892201?postid=7685831#post7685831

If you're on Windows, the location referenced in that post would be:

    \Resources\CEP\extensions\com.adobe.butler.OnBoarding

Please let us know whether the Adobe Express prompt stops appearing after trying the above steps, and we'll take it from there.

    Thanks,
    Abhishek
