Why does InDesign keep changing font every time the file is opened

Why does Indesign keep changing a font every time the file is opened.  I have replaced the font in the doc and all styles only to reopen the file and have the same font show as missing.

    Can you please post screenshots of the Find/Replace Font dialog after you replaced the font, and then after you reopen the file.
