Why don't library folders/organization transfer between programs?

I sorted my library items into folders from InDesign, but when I use the same library in Illustrator, none of the folders are there - all items are unsorted.

 

What am I missing?

 

If I sort library items in one program, I would expect that to remain consistent across all Adobe apps.

Hmmmm? My folder groups show the same in AI and ID. Have you tried signing out and signing in to your CC account?
