Why is my adobe font not working??

Hi @hendy_5450, just checking in. Were you able to try resetting your caches and preferences as Rob suggested? Is the font issue now resolved, or are you still seeing the same problem? Let us know how things are going.

Thanks for sharing the screen recording, and I'm sorry to hear the font isn't working as expected. Could you let me know which version of InDesign and what operating system you're using? Also, is this issue happening in just one file or across all your documents? It would help to know if it's specific to that one font (Ingeborg) or if you're seeing this with multiple Adobe Fonts.
