Why is my logo darker after i placed it in my document?

Hello,

currently I am working on a flyer for a client and i have q quick question concerning the colours.

when i am using blue and green colours they are always very dark and not so bright. even a logo with neon colours has other colour shades after placing it in the document.

can you help me and tell me the reason for it?

    Bright green colours, for example, that appear so in the RGB color mode can't be reproduced in CMYK.

      Could be a number of reasons. Can you post a screen shot of your Color Settings (Edit>Color Settings...)?
