Why My Automatic backup not running

Did you know that Creative Cloud File Storage has been turned off (not too long ago)? Adobe no longer offers this.

I am trying to backup of the company files but my automatic backup stop working..why?

InDesign doesn't have "automatic backup".

You will have to provide a lot more information before anybody on this forum can even hazard a guess as to the problem. Please provide your exact versions of the InDesign and operating system that you are using. Also what process have you been using for backup (Mac's Time Machine, etc.)? Are you backing up to an external drive? The more details that you provide the better.
