Why setting Skip Last Footer remove before Footer?

I have a table in multi Page, 

I only want Skip Last Footer, But It had Skip 2 Last footer:

 
 

 

Set Skip Last Footer: 2 Last Footer had Hidden

 

 

 

How can only Hiden 1 last footer and keep row at next page.

Select the text row in the column and in the Rows and Columns select Keep with next row
