Windows Server OS Support

Hi,

We've Windows Server with OS 2012 R2 and tried to install InDesign CC Server 2019 and unable to do due to that Windows Server 2012 is not supporting by this version, could anyone advise on this like how to proceed further?

System requirements for InDesign CC Server

Hi, i'm having the same issue. Seems that the System requirements have changed from earlier versions.
Only options to update/change the running OS?

Windows

  • Intel® Pentium® 4 or AMD Athlon® 64 processor (dual core and faster)
  • Microsoft® Windows Server 2008 R2 (64 bit) and Windows Server 2016.*
  • 4 GB of RAM (8 GB recommended); 2–8 GB per additional instance
  • 1.6 GB of available hard-disk space for installation; additional free space required during installation (Windows virtual memory paging file size must be increased 2 GB for each instance of InDesign Server)
  • 1024 x 768 display (1280 x 800 recommended) with 16-bit video card
  • Adobe® Flash® Player 10 software required to export SWF files.
  • This software will not operate without activation. Internet connection and registration are required for software activation, membership validation, and access to online services.

* Not supported on Windows Server 2012.
