With Adobe Indesign 2023, I am having trouble with JAGGETTY TYPE and COLUMNS and PhotoShop 2023, a similar issue.

PLEASE HELP ME! IT my video card is fine, so I don't know what else it could be. See PDF attached.

As it's happening in both applications I can only assume it's do with the graphics settings.

Can you please give us the full specs of your computer?
