Won't Save

I just began a new project and set properties as I wish them.

After placing my first page graphic I tried to save.

When I seek to save or save as, I get the following error message:

"C:\...(folder address)\Project\untitled-1.indd
"File not found.

"Check the file name and try again.

I've tried a new/different folder and changing the document name always getting the same error.

It appears to seeking the document before I've saved the document.
I restarted ID and my computer.

I have ID 14.0.3 x64 and am running Windows Home v. 1903, OS build 18362.476.

I've had no problems in the past, but now... can't save.

Solved... This latest Windows update (v. 1903) apparently added something called Controlled Folder Access - at least I've not noticed or even heard of it before. Once I allowed ID access (two files) all issues were solved.
I've also been able to solve problems with two other programs that stopped functioning properly.
I wish I could thank whoever it was that suggested this to me, but their name was lost in the shuffle.
