Workflow view swapping between Essentials/Digital Publishing/Touch constantly

My Workflow view is changing of its own according, many times a minute, by itself and it is causing my job to become unworkable.

First it was just swapping between Essentials and Touch - I naturally assumed my touchscreen was the issue so disabled it. But now it swapps back and forth between Essentials and Digital Publishing as I am working and I can’t make it stop. I can’t lock the Workflow. My screen is jumping back and forth and I am very frustrated. Can someone tell me what on earth is going on? Please help it’s driving me insane.
