Working on the same Indesign files in CC

We (German company) are currently checking a possibility to share indesign files with our colleagues in UK.

Our plan would be as follows:

- We create INDD files in our German marketing department based on the briefing from e.g. our colleagues in UK

- We send these INDD files to UK and let them make minor amendments (text correction, logo replacement) by themselves

- They send back the amended files to us in Germany for approval

Would such a workflow be possible using Adobe Cretaive Cloud?
